Bridget Loudon-Harris is Founder & CEO, Expert360 and Non-Executive Director, Telstra
Founding tech-enabled recruitment company Expert360 in 2013, Bridget was early to recognise the potential for technology to help companies recruit and manage talent better. Bringing more than 40,000 pre-vetted professionals in technology and business, to more than 3500 companies across Australia and New Zealand, Expert360 has been recognised as a pioneer, including by Harvard Business Review and the Economist.
In 2020, Bridget was appointed to the Board of Telstra, becoming the youngest ASX200 Director in Australia, and remaining the youngest ASX50 Director today.
Bridget has won numerous accolades such as Forbes 30 Under 30, Women’s Agenda Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year, AFR Top 100 Women of Influence in Australia and FutureMakers list of Australia’s top 25 Emerging Entrepreneurs under 25. Just last month she was named the winner of the Alvarez & Marsal special award at the Financial Review Director of the Year Awards.
Prior to founding Expert360 in 2013, Bridget worked as a management consultant for Bain & Co in Sydney.
