Michael Tilley.

Michael Tilley is a well-known investor and currently the Chair of Latitude Financial Group Holdings Limited.

Referred to by the AFR as “a pillar of Australia’s financial services establishment”, Mike owned his own mergers and acquisitions advisory firm before becoming Chairman and CEO of Merrill Lynch (Australasia) Pty Ltd where he also held the role of Chairman of Mergers & Acquisitions for the Asia Pacific Region.

Mike then served as CEO of Challenger Financial Services from 2004 to 2008, having previously been its Deputy Chairman. He was a Non‑Executive Director of Orica (from 2003 to 2013) and also served as Chairman of Hotel Property Investments Ltd and Tubi Limited.
